Passionate about encouraging and nurturing creative thinking, we have over a decade of experience working in education

What we do

We are DBS checked facilitators who are passionate about encouraging and nurturing creative thinking, communication and confidence in young people.

We have over a decade of experience working with children and young people in various education environments including schools, colleges and pupil referral units. In addition to our arts work we have a background in teaching, youth work and facilitation, including projects for organisations such as the Institute of Cultural Affairs UK.

We place the children and young people at the centre as active engagers, encouraging them to be inquisitive learners. We create environments which enable them to explore, question themselves, grow and thrive. We believe we should place the same importance on helping young people develop their values as their grammar.

We work with Dorothy Heathcote’s ‘Mantle’ framework in mind, which focuses on participants learning through experience and active involvement rather than information based teaching to support deeper understanding. This, in short, places children and young people at the centre as an expert, often working ‘in role’ to understand a situation, responsibilities and choices. By engaging their imagination and creativity participants thrive in both drama and classroom based activities.

What types of work do you provide,
and for who?

We work with a range of topics and briefs inline with your needs. Just like an Odd-Jobs Ad, ‘No job is too big or small’, whether you know exactly what you’d like or you’re looking for ideas from a new creative partner, we can help.

Do you only provide one-off sessions?

We can work in one-off hour workshops or over the course of a week or term with regular engagement with your young people.

Our work with young people is wide ranging from hour long workshops based around targeted subjects/issues to day long curriculum based programmes and extended bespoke project packages, designed specifically for your students/group.

How much does it cost?

We make our work as affordable as possible and in some cases work with local organisations to secure funding to provide the work. If you are interested in a particular workshop, have a brief or would like to see our price menu, contact Sarah

Where do you work?

Nationally! We’re based in Salford and so work regularly across Greater Manchester. Our Further and Higher Education work is often national with us visiting the midlands a handful of times last year.
