Supporting companies to create inclusive, diverse and equitable workplaces through expert education and actionable strategies
Supporting companies to create inclusive, diverse and equitable workplaces through expert education and actionable strategies

Award-winning creative company Art with Heart has been running inclusion training that centres equality, identity and accessibility since 2016. Our bespoke training focuses on areas of need within your organisation to build an inclusive workplace.
Our previous clients include councils, theatres, universities, schools and community centres. An employer is often directly liable for acts of discrimination undertaken by their employees during their work and associated social events.
To reduce or avoid liability, employers must give regular equality and diversity training. Our training is delivered by people with lived experience, designed to bring your whole team together, from freelancers through to CEOs. By the end of our training, staff will feel more confident, capable and ready to make positive changes in both the workplace and their own lives.
Treating your team fairly with dignity and respect is a social and ethical responsibility; it is an important component of a supportive, cohesive, productive team. We guide attendees through variations of need, access, reasonable adjustments and creating a safe environment that breeds a positive working climate for all.
Art with Heart is a leader in training in equality, access, wellbeing and care; connecting how we work and live. We’ve received the ‘ADHD Partnership Award’ from The ADHD Foundation and ‘Equality Award’ from Salford CVS.
